Vriesenhof Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Deeply coloured, garnet hues giving way to a brooding, intense core.  Classic Cabernet Sauvignon characters of cassis, cigar-box and wood spice punctuate the nose.  With earthy structure, intense concentration of fruit flavours and a pleasant lengthy finish, this is a fine expression of vintage, variety and place. 2022, Cabernet Sauvignon, Stellenbosch.

18 months maturation in older (3^rd & 4^th fill) French oak barrels, a combination of 225l and 300l.
